Your day ends with a visit to the famous Black Beach of Reynisfjara where the mighty Atlantic ocean plays a symphony on the black sand beneath incredible cliff formations.
On the second day, you will visit the incredible Jökulsárlón glacier lagoon and walk on the Diamond Beach, where icebergs rest like satin diamonds on the black sand beach. From there you will set off in a "monster truck" which will transport you through the rough highlands towards a unique Blue Ice cave.
The Ice caves in Vatnajokull glacier are formed each winter naturally and are a spectacular sight to see. On your way back towards Reykjavik, you will also visit the beautiful Skaftafell National Park and stop in the lovely village of Vik.
The third day of this adventure will take you to the Snæfellsnes peninsula. This amazing part of Iceland is crowned by the Snæfellsjokull glacier, made famous by Jules Verne in his novel Journey to the Center of the Earth.
You will visit the seal colony of Ytri Tunga, hike around two small fishing villages Arnarstapi and Hellnar and explore the fantastic rock formations on Djupalonssandur, including Londrangar.
After a stop in the village of Olafsvik, you will drive to the Kirkjufell mountain. This iconic peak mountain is the most photographed one in Iceland - and for a great reason!
The historic and beautiful area of Borgarfjordur is the venue for the last day of your tour. You will start the day by visiting Grabrok, a volcanic crater which you can walk to the top of and take in a fantastic view of the area.
Next, you will head to the magnificent Hraunfossar waterfall, a visual feast of water streaming through a lava field. Next to Hraunfossar is another waterfall called Barnafoss - the waterfall of the children. Even more, adventure awaits you in visiting Vidgelmir, a vast lava cave underneath the ground, featuring amazing colours and lava formations lurking in the depth of the Earth.
Finally, to end a great tour in a relaxing manner, you will visit the Krauma Spa, a geothermal natural bath & spa located next to Deildartunguhver, Europe's most powerful hot spring.

Day 1 - South Coast with amazing Waterfalls and the Black Beach of Reynisfjara
After departing from Reykjavik, you will drive through some lovely small villages on your way to your first stop of
the day, the beautiful and very photogenic Seljalandsfoss waterfall.
When you are done enjoying this visual feast, you will visit another less known but equally beautiful waterfall, Gljufrabui.
It is located within easy walking distance from Seljalandsfoss and offers a different view of the fantastic creations of the
Icelandic nature.
Your journey will then continue to another of the breath-taking waterfalls of the South, the spectacular Skogafoss. This 60-meter high majestic waterfall hurls downwards with great power into the river Skogá.
Here you will also be able to buy lunch and relax before continuing onwards to the next sights - Dyrholaey and the Black Beach of Reynisfjara. At this famous beach, you can admire the rocky sea stacks called Reynisdrangar, a row of large basalt columns rising from the mighty Atlantic ocean. Reynisfjara is a stretch of black sand beach, surrounded by towering cliffs where seabirds can often be seen nesting and flying overhead.

Day 2 - Jokulsarlon Glacier Lagoon and the incredible Blue Ice Cave
You start by driving to the Jökulsárlón glacier lagoon. This famous lagoon is filled with huge chunks of ice that have cracked off Breiðamerkurjökull glacier and float slowly out to sea. Some icebergs wash on shore, lying on the vivid black sand like diamonds on satin.
After admiring the beauty and grace of the glacier lagoon, you will board a Super Jeep which will transport you towards your Ice cave adventure enjoyably and safely. Driving through the rough highlands with ever-changing views is an adventure in itself, but seeing the Blue Ice Cave is truly a unique experience.
There you will have about an hour to explore and enjoy this magical formation of nature. Make sure you have your camera ready as this
is one for the photo album.
After returning to the tour bus, your journey will continue with stops by the turf roofed church called Hofskirkja and in the village of Vik as you travel back through the beauty of the South of Iceland towards Reykjavik, where you will stay overnight before embarking on the next phase of your adventure.

Day 3 - The Magic of Snæfellsjokull National Park: Seals, Black Beach, Kirkjufell Mountain and more!
The day begins with a drive along the west coast through the town of Borgarnes to the beach in Ytri Tunga, which is a well-known seal colony. The seals are friendly and curious and will climb up on the rocks near the sandy beach.
The next stops are the fishing hamlet Arnarstapi and then Hellnar where you can walk along the cliffs and admire the view to the sea which from this hike is breathtaking.
In Djúpalónssandur you will discover incredible rock formations. The beaches are covered with small black stone pebbles which are unique. You will walk to one of the most impressive creations called Lóndrangar, which are a pair of rock pinnacles made of basalt approximately 70 m high.
Saving the best for last, you will also stop next to the majestic Kirkjufell mountain, which is one of the most popular photos stops in Iceland. If you have not used your camera before on tour then this one is a must!
After an exciting day, you will head towards your accommodation for the night in Borgarnes, a beautiful village in the West of Iceland.

Day 4 - Borgarfjordur, Lava Cave & Waterfalls
The historic and beautiful area of Borgarfjordur is the venue for the last day of your tour.
First, you will see the great Hraunfossar, a series of waterfalls formed by rivulets streaming over a distance of about 900 m (almost 300 ft!) across the Hallmundarhraun lava field, which flow from an eruption of one of the volcanoes lying under the glacier Langjökull. The waterfalls pour into the Hvítá River from ledges created by the less porous rock in the lava. A stone’s throw upstream from Hraunfossar, you will visit another amazing waterfall called Barnafoss.
After enjoying the many amazing sites above ground level, it is now time to journey towards the Center of the Earth!
You will go caving in the Vidgelmir lava cave where you can see the tumult of the volcanic landscape up close. During this 1,5 hour long expedition you will have a chance to see one of the largest lava caves in Iceland with its stunning lava stalactites and stalagmites. The area surrounding the entrance to the cave will allow you to realise how powerful eruptions of the volcano can be.
Take in the sights at Deildartunguhver, the highest flow hot spring in Europe, providing 180 litres pr second of 100 C hot water!
