Only five minutes from the lagoon, you will also explore Diamond Beach, an area of black sand shoreline where icebergs wash ashore, making for fantastic contrasts and photographs.

On your return journey, you will make a final stop at the outlet glacier, Svínafellsjökull, where you will be privy to incredible views over the surrounding area, as well as gain valuable insight into this country’s fascinating geological makeup.

Good to know:

Please note, children shorter than 100 cm are not advised to board Zodiac boats. If you book a child 0-5 years old - they are not allowed to go on the boat. (In that case at least one parent has to book the tour without the boat ride).

Food and drinks are not included in the price of the tour, however, the provider does make refreshment stops along the way where you can purchase food at the restaurant/cafés.

Please note that a minimum of 4 passengers is needed for this tour to be operational. If a minimum number is not reached, the tour will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.
