Your journey begins with an evening pickup in Reykjavík City, from where a modified Super Jeep will whisk you away to Iceland’s most famed sightseeing route of the Golden Circle. Driving through Þingvellir National Park, you’ll witness a landscape torn apart by the drifting apart of two continental plates.

You will eventually arrive at a local restaurant to gather energy for the evening’s adventures. Then, you will pass the king of all waterfalls in Iceland, Gullfoss, before arriving at the foot of Langjökull Glacier, the country’s second-largest ice cap.

Even though night has fallen, the skies will be bright with pink and gold due to the incredible summer phenomenon that is the midnight sun. Occurring in and by the Arctic Circle, this annual happening offers a golden glow all throughout the night.

If you’ve never been on a snowmobile before, don’t worry, you will get all the necessary briefing on how to operate these speedy vehicles, as well as getting equipped with all the safety gear vital for your journey.

Then, get ready to zoom across the golden ice, going as fast as you dare, taking in the incredible landscape all around you. As you zigzag through the snowy crevasses of the glacier’s slopes, the fresh mountain air hitting your face, you will feel so alive that you’ll never want the adventure to end.

When your ride is over, you will head back to base camp and get transported back to the capital of Reykjavík. Don’t miss out on this exciting adventure in Iceland, riding a speedy snowmobile during a period of permanent twilight. Check availability by choosing a date.
