This tour has it all. Explore the scenic South Coast of Iceland, see waterfalls, glaciers, volcanoes, black sand beaches and much more. We will also take a glacier hike on one of the glaciers.
This tour is operated in a minibus, small groups for a more enjoyable experience.
The first stop is at Seljalandsfoss waterfall where we can walk behind this magnificent wall of water.
After the excitement of Seljalandsfoss and getting a little bit wet, you should be ready for the glacier hike. The glacier hike lasts for about one hour.
We then continue to Reynisfjara black sand beach, where you will see basalt columns and a cave formed by the sea.
Off the coast you can see Reynisdrangar cliffs. The last stop is then Skogafoss waterfall. Reserve this trip to explore the south coast of Iceland and to go glacier hiking! Check availability by choosing a date.
Seljalandsfoss in the river Seljalandsa in South Iceland is one of the most sought waterfalls in the country.
Seljalandsfoss has a narrow cascade but is one of Iceland's highest waterfalls, at 63 meters. The waterfall is highly picturesque and has the rare distinction that one can actually walk behind it.
The world-famous Reynisfjara shore, near the village Vik in Myrdalur on Iceland's South Coast, is widely regarded as the most impressive black-sand beach in Iceland.
To reach Reynisfjara you can either drive there yourself. Here you will find the largest and cheapest car rentals in Iceland. Or you can join this summer tour to the South coast, or this winter tour to Jökulsárlón glacier lagoon.
Reynisfjara is a black pebble beach and features an amazing cliff of regular basalt columns resembling a rocky step pyramid, which is called Hálsanef. Out in the sea are the spectacularly shaped basalt sea stacks Reynisdrangar. The area has a rich birdlife, including puffins, fulmars and guillemots.
The waves at Reynisfjara are especially strong and unpredictable, and fatal accidents have occurred at this beach, so people are advised to take extra care when visiting the area.
According to folklore, two trolls attempted to drag a ship to land but were turned to stone as daylight broke, turning them into the Reynisdrangar stacks, clearly visible from the beach.

Awesome experience! Our tour guide was great and the hike was so much fun!
Great experience. I took this tour during my recent trip to Iceland and really enjoyed the beautiful places we visited which made for some really great picture taking. We had some very extreme weather that day, everything from sunny blue skies to 50-60 mph winds with blowing sleet and snow. Even with the weather our guide Mike did a great job of getting us the various points on the tour and offering some great historical information on Iceland along the way. Really great tour, I highly recommend it.
The hiking on glacier was soooo awesome that I didn't expect.
Our trip was amazing the glacier hike is a one of a kond experience it is definitely a must when in Iceland. Our tour guide martin was so awesome and really nice during the hike he made sure everyone is doing alright. Tip for tourists please follow what your tour guide tells you to do so during the hike coz it is for your safety.
I loved the glacier hiking a lot as I got an opportunity to walk in the glacier and tried the ice there. It was fabulous
The glacier hike is definitely something to remember!
Awesome tour, very knowledgable guide - loved every aspect of it.
Simply put, Amazing! Our tour guide, Ásgeir, was simply phenomenal, he was very helpful, extremely kind, and overall the best company you can have for such a long trip. He kept us entertained with his overall kindness, humor and knowledge about the area, also took us to the wonders of the South Coast of Iceland, including but not limited, the waterfalls, Skogafoss, Seljalandfoss, the black sand beach Reynisfjara at Vik and lastly, the best part, hiking on a huge and gorgeous Glacier. During the trip we stopped at various stations for food, bathroom breaks and overall necessities. The route was simply well planned and smart. The tour was simply amazing. I totally recommend it to anyone as curious as me in search for wonders and adventures. You WILL NOT REGRET IT! You must see it for yourself!
Hi , what is the difference between this with other one of 210 USD?
It was awesome traveling in Iceland. It's my first to do glacier hiking, very good exercise.
It was great seeing all the beautiful parts of Iceland but one all of us has different versions of acceptable footwear and we still had to rent boots so it should state that you HAVE TO RENT THEM. The tour guide was kinda rude and my friend cut her leg open and he did nothing to help for over an hour. On the glacier he wasn't waiting for anyone and anyone could have gotten hurt and my friend actually did. When we finally got to the hospital the staff stated that the tour guide should of rushed her here because of the amount of blood she lost. Overall it was an alright expierence because of the natural scenery but in the end it seems like people around here care more about the money than anything.
