Jump on this tour and combine speed on land with action on the high seas. This whale watching and ATV adventure is perfect for those who want to feel the wind on their faces while being surrounded by awe-inspiring nature.

You will be picked up from Reykjavík by a shuttle bus in the morning of your excursion, and be brought to the ATV base camp in Úlfarsárdalur on the Reykjanes Peninsula. Here, friendly and experienced guides will introduce you to your vehicle, equipment, and the safety rules.

Please note that you need a valid driver's licence on hand to be able to operate an ATV, but non-drivers and children can ride as passengers. ATVs are shared by two people, but you can have your own if you specify that you would like one while booking.

For approximately one hour, you will shoot across Iceland's spectacular landscapes. The Reykjanes Peninsula is renowned for its lava landscapes, conic volcanoes, dramatic coasts and geothermal areas, making your quad-biking adventure as beautiful as it is exhilarating.

After the tour, you will be driven to Reykjavík's Old Harbour for your whale watch.

Faxaflói Bay, which sits by the capital, is renowned for its bountiful waters. Over twenty species of whale, dolphin and porpoise swim here, most commonly Minke Whales, Humpback Whales and White-Beaked Dolphins. Due to this diversity, no tour is ever the same. There is also a wealth of birdlife, which in the heights of summer includes puffins.

Guides on board will keep a keen eye out for cetaceans, telling you about each species as well as the spectacular surrounding nature. If you are not lucky enough to see a marine mammal, you will be permitted to join another whale watch until you do.

Enjoy Iceland by ATV and boat with this exciting combination. Check availability by choosing a date.
