予約日当日の17時頃までにその日決行するかどうかのメールが来て、決行しない場合は翌日以降のいつにするか、メールのリンクから予約し直しができるので安心です。 私たちは天候とオーロラ予報に恵まれず、2回予約し直しましたが、3度目の正直(元々の予約日から3日後)で無事見ることができました。 自分のレンタカーでは行けないような横道の奥までスーパージープで連れて行ってくれるので、暗い場所でオーロラを見ることができました。 オーロラ自体の写真や、オーロラと撮った記念写真を後日メールで送ってくれました。 アイスランドに来た一番の目的はオーロラだったので、見られてとても嬉しかったです。

Amazing effort in chasing Northern Lights! Driver had a bit of trouble identifying us at pick-up, and we almost weren't picked up because of the driver didn't think we were part of the group. Apart from that, all went well!

Checked off the item on my bucket list. Our driver was excellent, talking to us about what we were doing and intems if interest as we drove by. The photographer was beyond amazing. Not only did he take pictures of everyone with the lights but he helped everyone with their cameras to get the best pictures. He even helped us with our cellphones! Then he gave a talk about the lights, why they happen and why our eyes do not see the colors. It was sublime.

Trip was great. The driver was very skilled on the roads specially when driving in the snow. I just wish he spoke a little more about the towns and villages we drove by and to orovide us with more information on the sites visited. He answered a question if asked and was quiet most of the time. He was more of a driver than a tour guide.
