We absolutely loved this private bike tour — it felt authentic and not touristy at all. The pace was relaxed, and Ragnar, our guide, was outstanding — intelligent, engaging, and his presentation was so well thought through. Even my husband, who usually doesn’t enjoy outdoor tours, said this was his favorite activity of the entire trip!
The bath soak at the end was the perfect finish — amazing views, super relaxing atmosphere, and you can even enjoy a glass of Prosecco right in the bath. Such a special experience — highly recommended to anyone visiting Iceland!
Ragnar is an excellent tour guide! We learned about the area, volcanos, and all the clean energy benefits it provides. It was a fun and easy circle around Mytvan. The nature baths were incredible. I would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you, Ragnar!
My husband and I did the 3 hour Fat Tire ride around Myvatn and I highly recommend this tour. Ragnar is a superb guide and we found him to be professional and just made this tour so fun and unique. The scenery and route is over the top incredible and we are so happy to have seen a bit of Iceland on well maintained mountain bikes!Thank you Ragnar!
Our bike tour around Myvatn with Ragnar was one of the highlights of our 2-week trip to Iceland! What a treat it was to be shown the sites by a friendly, knowledgeable local who was so friendly and willing to answer all our questions not just about the area, but about Icelandic culture as well. The Myvatn baths were also fantastic, giving us the same gorgeous blue water that can be found elsewhere without the throngs of tourists. Can't recommend this experience enough for anyone visiting Iceland!
