We came as a family and enjoyed the tour a lot. Is is going a bit up and down, and people who have difficulties with uneven ground should be cautious, but for an average person and children it is easy to manage. The tunnel is beautiful, and it is impressive to see various stages of the molten lava. Dimitri made it even more enjoyable. Not only did he explain geological issues well but also made the group laugh :-). Amount of people in the group was fine, too, more would probably be too much.

Great tour to the cave! Pick up has been smooth, although i did not expect to change the bus. The bus that arrived to the hotel brought me to BSI terminal, where the main tour bus has been waiting. We arrived to the place, got our guide and equipment (helmets), and then went to the amazing cave, while enjouing stories told by our great guide. 5 stars!
