Your guide Graham was very kind and funny, giving us some anecdotes of the country history. We ended by a view of Akureyri center. He cared for us to take back the plane on time. I highly recommend. One thing to know: this tour doesn't enough time to go to the Myvatn baths

We joined the captioned tour on 10 June. The itinerary is good. The driver/guide, Jon, is very professional and knowledgeable. However the car itself is a bit old.

We had one day to visit the best the north of a Iceland could offer and this tour was as good as it gets. A very comfortable ride in a small group of around 16 people, while our guide dazzled us with both the knowledge and the love he has for this land. A pretty impressive feat he also achieved was to do the route in such a way that even though we were coming on a cruise ship and there was easily a thousand tourists taking tours in the same area at the same time, we barely met others and could enjoy the stops with calm and little interference from other groups. The end of the day at the thermal pools was nothing short of a golden brooch for a perfect day where we could enjoy the beauty of Iceland despite the wind and the snow. Absolutely recommended. This tour was the highlight for my whole visit.
