After visiting Iceland 6 times and falling in love with an Icelander, I moved here in June of 2016 from New York City. I have learned a lot about this amazing country, including great places to hike, traditions and fun facts. I am also vegan, and I regularly visit vegan restaurants, as well as try new recipes from the food I find in the markets here. A lot of people from the US visit Iceland and I can definitely give them some insight on the cultural differences and things to check out. Plus, I just like helping people in general.
