Booked an aurora tour today. Waited for almost an hour and half but no one picked us up! Stated that we have to be ready for pick up at 8pm. Till 9.20 pm no one came. They gave us an emergancy number but no one answered but the answering machine. I am extremely disappointed and would have rather book with another tour group instead. Wasted my time waiting.

Tour never showed up. I waited outside for 30 minutes then called the company and they said they haven't been running the tour for weeks. What a scam.
