Key pick up was easy, car was easy to find and was clean. Drop off and return was also easy. Much easier than visiting physical counters at arrival hall. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect. The pic up and drop off of the car was really easy and quick. The car was in a good shape and did his job.

Pick up was easy when's we found the location (make sure to walk 5min from arrival/departure to the red isch hotel and it's on the short side of it). Car was clean and perfect. Be careful of the fees assessed after you left Iceland. It is explained in the contract you sign. If you miss a payment like a parking pass or a fee for a 30second tunnel (had no clue that I needed to pay a dollar or so for a tunnel and how to pay) you get assessed an ISK 5,500 fee for each incident that Iceland charged to the rental company after you returned the car. I ended up paying $100 ish in fees for a couple $5 missed things.
