Breidbakur, in the Icelandic Highlands, is a mountain west of Langisjor lake and near Vatnajokull glacier. The scenery in this area is magnificent.
Along with Breidbakur, the Fogrufjoll mountains (lit. 'Beautiful Mountains') are popular for hiking and, as you may have guessed by the name, very beautiful. The mighty Vatnajokull is Europe's largest glacier and Langisjor is renowned as one of Iceland's clearest mountain lakes.
