one of the drawbacks was the lack of possibility to call the office in problematic situations. Fortunately, random people during the trip turned out to be very helpful. I didn't know that there was a shuttle bus to the office, so after arrival I walked (not far, but in the rain I would be pissed). it seemed to me when paying for full insurance that there would be no other additional fees, it turned out that there were. so it is worth reading the conditions carefully. I think that the service should inform when handing over the car that the ordered manual will be an automatic after all and where is the button to open the fuel tank. however, the car was great and the trip was a success. having this experience and knowledge of what to ask, I will probably use it again.

Nous n’avons pas eu le véhicule commandé mais c’était parfait quand même

Nous avons eu une Suzuki Vitara au lieu de la Dacia Duster. Très bonne voiture, très bien équipée, full option. Elle permet de ne pas trop ressentir le vent pendant la conduite, ce qui rassure. Elle permet de rouler facilement sur les Gravel road. Le personnel est très gentil, la réception et la restitution du véhicule se sont déroulés très simplement et très rapidement. Très bon rapport qualité prix, je recommande.

10min walk from the airport, could be challenging if you had a lot luggage, especially in Winter. You could also take the shuttle bus, but need to wait for maybe 15~20min. The car is good, luckily we didn't need to use any insurance as well. Remember to refill your tank yourself on the last day, otherwise their staff will charge the remaining fuel which is more expensive than you do it yourself.
