Geldingsá Apartment

This guesthouse at Geldingsá in Northern Iceland belongs to a large farm at an exceptional location. It is situated on a hillside with a panoramic view over Eyjafjörður valley in Akureyri, the capital of Northern Iceland, and with a breathtaking view of the fjord to the north. Vaðlaheiði hill is just a few steps away and great for hiking.

From Geldingsá you can make day trips to many of Iceland's most loved places. You can visit Goðafoss, fly to Grímsey, or enjoy the fantastic scenery at lake Mývatn. In winter you can go skiing in Hlíðarfjall or watch the northern lights cance accross the sky tLæs merehrough the windows.

The apartment is 95 m2 and it is fully equipped. The entrance area is large and bright and connects directly to an open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area.

There are two bedrooms, one with a twin bed and the other with three single beds. The beds come with linen and towels. Additional bedsheets and towels are available.

The bathroom is large and has a very roomy shower, in addition to a washing machine and the dryer.

The apartment has a terrace and a barbeque grill.
