Thorunn was a wonderful guide who ensured we didn’t miss a moment when the lights finally arrived for us! I really appreciated the ability to reschedule when the lights didn’t appear, and after a few nights of nothing, managed to catch them on my very last night in Iceland - hooray! Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone who wants a hassle-free way to chase the lights.

The minibus driver who picked us up from the hotel to take us to the bus station to catch the ‘blue lagoon’ bus ( which ran very frequently,) was punctual, friendly and very knowledgable! The bus driver who took us to the blue lagoon was also excellent and took us all the back to the hotel on the way back. Instructions for pick ups and drop offs were also clear and on time! Everything excellent! Thank you!

Sincere advice: Save your money and book with a different agency. Guide to Iceland 售後服務為零： 向平台投訴完全是浪費時間。Guide to Iceland 收費比別家貴，但出事了只會踢皮球，要我自己去跟營運商交涉。 Useless Support from Guide to Iceland: Complaining to the platform was a waste of time. They charge higher prices than others but provide zero service when things go wrong. They simply passed the buck and told me to deal with the operator myself.
