The car was in good condition when we got it. The front desk was easy to work with, picked us up from the airport and dropped us off. When dropping the car off it was an easy exchange. They look over the car and then you sign the paper saying you agree with their assessment and then you're on your way. I recommend Ring to anyone traveling on their own. They made it very easy.

Young, family run rental-car business. Large fleet of mainly dacia dusters which is the most common and reliable rental car for icelandic street & weather conditions. The company has two offices, one office is a ten minute drive from the airport and one office is in Reykjavik. We did all the paperwork in the office close to the airport, everything was fine. We even got a comprehensive introduction in how to drive our rented hybrid car (which we absolutely appreciated). We arranged in advance by phone (a cost-free) pickup w. luggage at the airport and were driven to the rental office were we were handed over the rental car. After hour holiday we handed the car back at the rentral office and were dropped off (again cost-free) at the courtyard close to the airport. Overall, rental car prices were definitely at the lower end but our car was in a very good condition. We definitely will rent with the guys again, when we will be in Iceland next time.
