North Sailing

Guide supplied great snippets of local information as we sailed to the whale watching area. Saw 4 different humpbacks at various ranges, no breaches but some great fluke shots thanks to the seamanship of the skipper who got us to a close but respectable distance to Whall-E (Husavik) our friendly whale. Marine biologist provided lots of explanations. Wonderful day topped of with welcoming hot chocolate and cinnamon buns. Would not hesitate to book up another trip.

Simply amazing. We have seen some whales closed to the speed boat. The pilot kept each time the distance with the whale which decided or not to come closer and it came often closed so that at a moment we received a splash from its fin. Not like an african safari, we were in the place at the beginning with a fish boat and most of the time alone with the animals. The guide was good. The security with hot suits and life jackets was guaranty. We recommand !

Très belle excursions, nous avons pu voir deux baleine à bosse dans un endroit magnifique. L'équipe est dynamique et à l'écoute. L'animateur transmets des informations sur les baleines, le manière de vivre... super sortie !
