Katla Whale Watching

Super fun experience with Katla Whale Watching! We were lucky enough to be able to observe Minke's whales and a pod of dolphins. It is a magical experience. This company is led by a father-son operation. I stayed warm in the suit's they gave us and the rib boat ride itself was pretty fun! Go with Katla for a great time!

The captain and tour guide were amazing. Also, the staff were also amazing, there was a hiccup with our booking, but the staff made sure we didn't miss our tour; and it didn't disappoint. Would highly recommend.

It was a great way to see puffins so close to Reykjavik. The pilot and captain were very personable and helped with a custom tour.

This was sooo good. Great fun, great weather and amazing boat. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the wildlife, which we saw lots of. We saw Minke whales, Harbour porpoises and White-Nose dolphins. We were so lucky!! I would recommend this rib over going in a large boat as we were able to move locations very quickly, an advantage when finding shy creatures. I think it's a great trip and highly recommend
