Great experience, our scheduled night was cancelled because it was cloudy but they rescheduled us for the next night. Got to see the northern lights. Guides were very nice, we had Laura as our guide and she was great. Good experience and worth the cost.

Everything was absolutely wonderful! This was by far the easiest and most affordable way to get from the airport to Reykjavik. The Flybus stand is located right at the airport exit, and the staff were very friendly and happy to help with any questions. The bus was already waiting outside, which made the process smooth and stress-free. I also loved that I didn’t need to print my ticket—I simply showed it on my phone. The bus itself was clean, comfortable, and nice and warm. Highly recommended for anyone arriving in Reykjavik!

直接予約する場合と価格も変わらず、日本語でスムーズに予約ができました。日本語のバウチャーを提示しましたが、現地のバスの運転手もすぐに降り場を把握してくれて、特に問題もなかったです。 バスの運行も支障もなく、ほぼ予定通りにBSIターミナルにつきました。岩石だけがある平原を進み、気分も上がります。ホテル近くまでの送迎は、バスを降りて建物の中を通り反対側のpick-upバスに乗り換えです。空港からのバスに乗る際に、乗換用のバスを示す色で分けたカード（停車場によってバスが違うみたいです）をもらいますが、バスの前面のガラスまたは運転手が色付きの紙を持って、迎えてくれていて、特に迷うこともなかったです。

It was a good price point to get from airport very efficient at the airport. Off the plane and it was there easy driver put our bags under the bus. You are taken to depot and transferred to the bus that goes to your stop. you get bags of bus and take them to new bus. New bus shows up at a short but unknown time no one out there to help you figure this out ask questions inside. We were left of close to our hotel depending on conditions this can be difficult or very easy. We had snow ice and wind. An adventure for sure. Bus driver was very helpful no problem getting to the right stop. It is a fun affordable way to get from the airport. Weather permitting
