My husband and I were pleased to discover that we were unexpectedly on a private tour with Helga -- the owner of Tinna Nature Adventure. We were able to get way up into the mountains, saw beautiful sights, and gained wonderful insights into Icelandic life, as well as about the geology and nature of the area. It was a beautifully relaxed day -- unhurried and thorough. Helga was delightful and we learned so much. It was the favorite day of our week spent in Iceland. We were on a cruise, but I'm so glad that we booked this tour independently. It was the best! Tinna Nature Adventure offers other tours, as well. I'm sure each one would be excellent!

We really enjoyed our Reindeer Safari with Helga of Tinna Adventure. We drove to their base in the coastal village of Breiddalsvik for a 4-hour trip in a comfortable Super-Jeep. And we did see reindeer! We saw several herds and one straggler group along with so many other interesting sights. We enjoyed her stories and sense of humor as Helga showed us her part of the world. It was a fantastic day and a highlight of our trip to Iceland.

Kudos to the wonderful tour guide, Helga. She grew up in and knew the area well. She told stories that her mother told her growing up, including the trolls that live in the area! Loved it! Absolutely fascinating! We got to go down a beautiful river to a waterfall that was off the beaten path, and to a church that's rebuilt, but there has been one there for hundreds of years and has quite an incredible history. Thank you, Helga for a great afternoon!

Unser Guide war sehr nett und informativ! Wir sind drei Stunden durch die Gegend gefahren, haben bei 2 Rentierherden und einmal bei Isländern gehalten! Alles sehr nett, aber nicht für diesen Preis...
