Ich war mega zufrieden. Wir wurden direkt am Flughafen mit dem Auto, welches ich gemietet hatte abgeholt. So mussten die Koffer nur einmal verladen werden und nach kurzem Papierkram ohne Wartezeit ging's für uns direkt los. Alles schnell und unkompliziert, freundlich und zuverlässig. Nächstes Jahr wieder, vielen Dank!

Wir haben lange überlegt und recherchiert, welcher Anbieter für einen Van wohl in Frage kommt. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Es lief alles reibungslos. Die Abholung vom Flughafen, die Übergabe des Wagens und auch die Rückgabe war alles super. Wir würden es wieder hier buchen.

Grateful for a pleasant and trouble-free rental experience. Golden Circle Car Rental met us upon arrival and we were promptly on our way with our own vehicle. Thomas was courteous, professional and very helpful with any questions about the process and beyond. Close proximity to the airport was great. The van was as described upon receipt. There were no significant issues to impact the tour. headunit software was able to connect to our devices via bluetooth for audio, whilst we opted to decline navigation. The headunit froze and needed a reboot on one occasion. The side sliding door took a little extra care in closing properly, and there were infequent beeps from the dashboard incorrectly stating open door alerts. Likely an old sensor in need of service/replacement. Unlimited mileage and diesel engine allowed for traveling to be straightforward. Most appreciated was the ample cargo room to safely stow luggage without compromising passenger cabin comfort. Spacious and comfortable ride with plenty of power and capability for all the paved roadways. Slightly short 1st/2nd gears to optimize shifting for high eco scores! Drop-off was an equally smooth operation. Would highly recommend, without any hesitation.

We thought the rental company was located at the airport, they were not. There was also confusion about pickup. We had to call 3 or 4 times from the airport before the shuttle from the company arrived for us. The car we were issued had 287224 KM or 178472.72 miles on the odomiter. It had a great deal of rust and body damage. I doubt the validity that it was a 2023. The staff working at the rental agency were helpful and did issue us a portable WiFi device. It made our trip much more manageable. The return of the car was quick and no hassle. They also got us back to the airport timely.
