We like this tour. The booking process and change real ticket are very simple. They also guided us through the glacial lake and provide the ice to take picture. There is also a boat nearby us to keep safety. There is only a suggestion to provide the map or picture about the ticket area. It located after several tracks, and we took some time to find it.
