True Adventure

Iceland is amazing. Recommend spending a few days in each area. Tesla, on the other hand, is not meant for Iceland, even the ring road.

We were very comfortable upon meeting our guides — we knew would be safe and have a fun trip. The guides were very informative of the area and very comical! The wind was not perfect when we were suppose to start our flight, but we waited a little bit for the wind to change. Once we took flight it couldn’t have been better! We were able to fly around, have fun, and laugh. Our guides made sure that we got the best videos and photos of our flight and the beautiful scenery we were flying around. 10/10 would recommend and would do it 1000 more times!

First off using Guide to Iceland made booking our adventures and rentals a breeze. Working with the True Adventures crew was fabulous, they made us feel comfortable by explaining everything, being patient and showing their concern for our safety. Samuel, Thrainn and Anita were very welcoming and treated us like good friends with their kind and friendly natures. The flight was spectacular with breathtaking views of Vik and the Black beach as we flew over them. Such a great way to spend my Birthday and mark another thing off our bucket lists! We would recommend doing this adventure with True Adventures! We would also recommend going to Sudar Vik Restaurant. Delightful staff, wonderful menu with decadent food and a very relaxed atmosphere. A must see in the area is hiking the Fjadrargljufur gorge. The gorge is formed by steep rock formations with a river cutting its way through creating many waterfalls of different sizes. The rock formations stand out against the lime green grass and moss. Very beautiful!
