So helpful and accommodating. Pick up and drop off were very easy.

Car was as promised at the price I was shown at checkout!

Small wait at FireFly KEF rental counter upon arrival, but car was ready for us and successful in all respects. There was some confusion about the "Booking number" received via email from Guide To Iceland since their confirmation email gave 2 different numbers, and when I emailed FireFly they had yet another reference number. So, Guide To Iceland could do a better job of not appearing to be an internet scam by allowing the reservation to appear on the rental car service provider's website. Otherwise, a very good deal for a good car.

Pickup was easy but desk was not open 24 hours as reported so had to wait a little while. There was the usual rundown of all the al la carte insurance services offered which would probably end up tripling the price if all selected. We opted for the included collision coverage only. I made several videos of vehicle...dacia duster with 70,000 km on it, to show lots of dings scratches etc and one area marked with a sticker that said known damage......I highly suggest you take this precaution as employees attempted to say we damaged vehicle when we returned it....we did not and had pictures and videos to prove. They tried to say that there was sand damage to windshield and headlight lenses. I hadn't thought to particularly look for that on pre inspection but had it shown in my videos....I hope this helps....I understand that disclaimers and mild scare tactics are typical in business, but bogus claims of damage on return are a but too hostile....do pay attention to strong winds which can rip a door from your grip or close it on your leg. The dacia duster manual transmission performed great and have great fuel economy.
