Great service. No problem with the car.

This car rental company was a mostly positive experience for me. I had some stress at the airport with a flight arriving at 10:30pm. There was no staff waiting with a sign as indicated in the instructions, and I waited nearly an hour and no staff arrived (instructions stated staff circle every 20min so I waited a bit and then called). Once I called it was another 30min and someone arrived and drove us to the check-in location. I was the first person in line to check-in, but for some reason the guys at the counter took everyone else to get their cars and left me for last? So I was even more delayed getting to my hotel. The car itself was in good quality and did everything I needed it to. I had no mechanical issues. The car was very smelly, I assume because prior renters got into it wet and didn't air it out properly. I purchased a wifi hotspot and the staff forgot to provide it to me. I drove off and had to circle back to request it, so if you have one of those just double check with them before you leave because they were carefully checking every other customer's list for tables and other supplies ordered with their car but for some reason did not double check mine. Returning the car was very simple and easy. I arrived, provided my keys, they inspected the car, and within about 20min a shuttle arrived. Again, the shuttle did not announce its arrival and they took customers who arrived after me with returns and I barely saw that some people were leaving and ran outside and barely caught the last seat on the shuttle (again despite being the first person to return my car, so I should have been first on the shuttle). I'm not sure why I was constantly ignored by the staff and put to last despite arriving first and booking just like everyone else, so that was very off-putting. The car itself and the wifi hotspot worked perfectly though so I guess it's still worth it but just keep an eye out so they don't ignore or forget you especially if you're a woman and traveling solo, I guess.

Everything was great. Vehicle was ready to drive off within 15 minutes of arriving at the counter. Easy transaction no problems.
