A traveler and thrifty fellow, I prefer to travel well, whilst saving money. I will let you know my trip to Iceland was life-changing. For both my wife and I. You see we never know what life will through at us. In 2014 shortly after being married, my wife was diagnosed with MS ( Multiple Sclerosis), After trying the horrid meds, we decided even if it meant a shorter life, we wanted it to be a higher quality. We wanted memories that would last. We wanted a clean location, with clean air, food, and water. Iceland was able to offer this and so much more. It was a dream come true. Why Iceland? You can see Glaciers floating out to sea and Volcanoes in just a short distance. The food is fantastic and the people friendly. Don't pass this up. You can drink water right out of the streams and enjoy the Travel and picturesque environment with a deep history. No matter what your reason you will enjoy Iceland.
