We enjoyed this trip. South (and Southwest) Iceland certainly has beautiful and interesting sights. The planned route shows many of these sights, so you have mapped out a beautiful itinerary. There isn't much time left for additional excursions, but these should definitely be included because they make the trip even better. And here too, you offer sufficient options for additional activities; great! This includes the hotels. Well-chosen hotels between the different days. The last day does involve spending a whole day in the car because you have to return to Reykjavik, but that is just how it is. Unfortunately, the Snowmobile excursion with the ice cave was not such a great success for us. But you responded to this adequately as well. Perhaps a suggestion: You "sell" many of these trips with a rental car. What you don't want with a rental car is hassle regarding sufficient insurance and/or damage afterwards. During our return, we had to wait for some time, and that is when you hear a lot of these discussions. People don't want that and just want to enjoy their vacation. There was also a couple who hadn't taken out additional insurance and had damage to their rental car—through no fault of their own, by the way (presumably a door blown open against their car)—and had to pay a large sum of money immediately. That is certainly not something you want to deal with. As mentioned, you probably sell quite a few trips involving rental cars. Perhaps a suggestion would be to include the most comprehensive insurance right away in all cases, because then the deductible is nil. You rent out a lot of cars from rental companies, so a volume discount can certainly be negotiated. And yes, the trip will be slightly more expensive, but at least people will go on these holidays in Iceland with peace of mind.
