Unfortunately, the tour we had paid for departed with a delay of nearly an hour—a fact we only discovered upon arrival at the scheduled departure time. This disrupted our entire day’s itinerary, as well as other pre-booked activities, meaning we couldn't visit everything we had planned for that day. Since our accommodations were already booked, those missed activities and sights could not be rescheduled. Furthermore, the entire "ice cave" tour is a scam; the actual attraction lasts only about 5 minutes and bears no resemblance to the photos used to promote it. In short, it was an immense disappointment for us—a family of four.

Our guide was great, very considerate of my mom who couldn’t walk as quickly as the rest of the group. He walked the walk back at the back of the group with her. Thanks Frank!

"A truly wonderful experience! The hike was professionally managed, and despite a change in meeting location, the staff handled it effortlessly. Everyone was so friendly and patient, and our guide David was a complete gem—funny, knowledgeable, and engaging. I did have a minor mishap and 'kissed the glacier,' getting a bit banged up, but the staff were amazing. They provided immediate help and safely guided me back. I am so thankful for their exceptional care and assistance—they really saved the day!"
