Before the tour, we exchanged several emails about my concerns and additional rentals, and I always received prompt replies, which gave me peace of mind. The minibus we used during the tour was very clean and extremely comfortable. Our guide, Thales, prepared a truly special journey for us. Even though it was a long tour, he scheduled breaks, shopping, sightseeing, and visits at perfect times. He even took us to places that weren’t on the itinerary, allowing us to experience and feel the deeper side of Iceland. Spending eight days with the same guide and the same group was truly an unforgettable experience. I would love to visit Iceland again and join another Troll tour!
