Northern lights visible again, but where to go?
Finally they are visible again, this wonder of the sky, I am talking about the northern lights, also known as the Aurora Borealis. People often ask me where to go to see the lights. My answer is "out of the light pollution", but you dont have to go very far away from the light pollution as these pictures show. The two main things to check before heading out for an aurora hunt are the clouds (they can tend to get in the way of a good shot) and the activity of the lights (aim for a pretty high activity for better visibility).
