Our recent trip was an incredible experience, thanks to the detailed and comprehensive itinerary provided by the planning team. Every aspect of the trip was thoughtfully arranged, and we were never disappointed with the activities or accommodations. The choice of hotels was excellent, offering comfort and convenience throughout our stay. However, the car rental company ' Mycar' we used left much to be desired. Unfortunately, the staff there were not friendly or helpful, which significantly impacted our experience. We were particularly frustrated when they claimed to offer 24-hour shuttle bus transfers from the airport, only to find out that their services actually began at 5 AM. This was a major inconvenience as we needed to arrive at the airport by 4:30 AM. When we voiced our concerns about the shuttle service, the staff responded with an attitude that was unprofessional and dismissive. This added unnecessary stress to an otherwise perfect trip. Overall, everything else about the trip was fantastic, and if we had chosen a different car rental company, our experience would have been even better. I highly recommend this trip for its planning and execution, but I advise future travellers to consider alternative car rental options to avoid similar issues
