Najczęściej zadawane pytania

dotyczące wycieczek górskich na Islandii

Jedną z najbardziej charakterystycznych cech Islandii jest górski krajobraz kraju, złożony z ośnieżonych szczytów, mglistych wulkanów i nierównych grzbietów zimnej, twardej lawy.

ABSOLUTNIE POLECAM

The tour was excellent! Our guide (Sölvi) was a gentle guy with rich knowledge of Icelandic history and culture. He carefully picked tons of Icelandic music during our drive. The scenery is great as long as it's not raining, which is something you can't expect in Iceland. Highly recommend this tour if you want to know more about Iceland.

Mystery Super Jeep Tour | South Coast or the Highlands

The best Snowmobiling experience of my life! The Midgard people were so kind and fun to hang out with. I've been on many snowmobiling tours in Iceland and this was by far the best one! I could not be happier with my Midgard experience, the hot tub on the roof was amazing with the northern lights. Food was amazing and the sleeping area was cosy. The family feel of Midgard really shines through and they make you feel like part of the family.

Iceland provides a plethora of stunning landscapes and unimaginable geographical wonder! Wanting a unique honeymoon location, i can't be happier with my decision. A travelers dream and a photographers heaven, this four day tour is absolutely recommended for first time tourists to get a taste of its magic. In the comfort of a luxury tour bus led by a knowledgable guide, we were taken to a few of the major features of the so called "land of the gods." Covering the golden circle, glacier hiking, ice caves and some stunning waterfalls, the tour is well paced providing each traveler enough time to let it all sink in without wasting any time. The unpredictable weather of Iceland may hinder with the schedule, but our guide would make sure to make the best of clear skies, and keep us safe and warm during a storm. The hotel location at Hofn is absolutely beautiful, and if you're lucky enough to catch the Northern lights, like we were, well trust me it can't get better than that.

We booked this last minute, but it came as a great surprise ! We're afraid that we'd be left unattended due to the late action, but our guide Magga came to the pickup point soon. She is a great guide, she made everyone feel comfortable while she took us to the scenic spots of the Snaefellsnes Island. The day (even with the sudden snow) was great and I would highly recommend this trip. If you happen to have Mag as your guide, you will enjoy the folk stories! Don't forget to take a camera.

8 Day Winter Wonderland | National Parks & Ice Cave

This was a great trip, Francisco at Guide to Iceland was a great help and answered a whole bunch of random questions from us over the course of planning our trip. All of the tours and accommodations went nice and smoothly. We went with the mid-range hotel options and were placed in the Hotel Klettur in Reykjavik which was an awesome location. It was just a 2 or 3 block walk down to the main shopping/dining street and all of the tour buses picked us up right in front of the hotel (as opposed to meeting at a bus stop like it seemed some of the other hotels had to do). Our kids had really pushed for the high-end hotel option, but I think we picked the right one - we didn't fly to Iceland to have a fancy hotel experience after all. We went on 2 over night trips with Troll Expeditions. The buses were nice, though the "south coast tour" involved a lot more time sitting in the bus than I expected (we were driving through a nasty storm both days) but was worth it. I think the only mistake we made was opting for the northern lights by boat trip. We had figured that a boat would have more freedom to move around and find clear skies, but we basically motored out of the harbor and then made a couple of big circles in the same place for a while, all the time socked in by clouds. I think we'll try a mini-bus northern lights tour on our next visit, other travelers generally gave them more positive reviews.

6 Day Winter Trip In Iceland | From Reykjavik to the Ice Cave

Simply incredible. My wife and I would wholeheartedly recommend Guide to Iceland, as they delivered on every single promise they made in their descriptions of this tour. A bit of background: We are seasoned international travelers who aim to visit at least one or two new places each year. There are a few reasons we would recommend Guide to Iceland, based on our recent experience: 1) We had never been to Iceland before, and only when we arrived could we imagine how challenging it could be to try and arrange excursions once you were already there. There are many enticing attractions that book up quickly; some require arrangements months in advance. The fact that Guide to Iceland arranged everything and sent us a comprehensive itinerary meant we could relax and make the most of the days we had there. 2) Small group size -- this was absolutely key. While we were there we witnessed many large groups, and while those tours were probably great as well, it was hard to imagine that they provided the same one-on-one interaction with the guides, as well as the added level of attention at attractions that, quite frankly, could be as hazardous as they were beautiful. The small group model also allowed for minor changes to the itinerary based on things like weather and the desires of the group. 3) Responsiveness. In the days leading up to the tour we had several questions and a few adjustments to our plans. David and his colleagues responded promptly and effectively, every single time. In short, this tour was worth every penny, and we were so happy that Guide to Iceland was able to help us make the most out of our trip.

6 Day Winter Trip In Iceland | From Reykjavik to the Ice Cave

The whole trip was amazing! Worth every penny! The tour guides were extremely nice and helpful. We had a couple of rainy/windy days but they still tried to do as much as possible and encouraged people to get off and take nice pictures despite the rain. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

This trip was an exceptional way to see Iceland! It's such a gorgeous country with amazing scenery and crazy weather- for all of these reasons and more it was wonderful to have had our tour company arrange the trip with experienced guides so that we could sit back and look out the window while our guides told us about the sights we were (or would be) seeing and navigated the roads and varying weather conditions with ease. Overall, the staff at Guide to Iceland were incredibly accommodating and always available through email. We were able to change around aspects of the trip to suit our needs (placing Blue Lagoon on our second last day was a great way to wrap up the trip!). Our cruise to see the Northern Lights had to be changed at least 3 times due to weather and they always informed us of these changes and rescheduled it for us to optimize our chances of seeing the Northern Lights (which we did!). I completely recommend booking a tour through Guide to Iceland- it was definitely an exceptional way to see the country!

4 dni, promocyjne

We loved the 4 day discount tour. We went on the Snaefellness peninsula tour on Day 1 - the west coast of Iceland is rugged with beautiful coastal scenery, waterfalls and black sand beaches. We started the three day south coast tour on Day 2 and it was absolutely wonderful. Everything which was promised on the tour met our expectations. Hotel accommodation was excellent and we saw the northern lights at Hofn. The glacier hiking is not to be missed. The ice caves were flooded due to rain, so we only saw the outside. The glacier lagoon is simply spectacular. We stopped at appropriate times for lunch and rest room breaks and food was delicious at each of these stops. Communication with Guide to Iceland prior to arriving was very professional and prompt.

Great, stress free way to see Iceland. Comfortable minibus, nice being a small group compared to some of the bigger buses we saw! Good choice of hotels. Great driver, very friendly, good sense of humour, gave lots of information, even managed to fit in some extra places on the route. Office very efficient with all prior information. Definitely recommended.
