Artworks by Barbara Árnason, including a depiction of Jesus blessing children and brass figures representing the four evangelists, enrich the church's spiritual environment.

City buses from Reykjavik regularly stop at the nearby Hamraborg bus stop, making the church a convenient destination for visitors. The fastest public transport option is to catch Bus 1 from Reykjavik City Hall (Radhusid) or from Hlemmur. Once you get off the bus at Hamraborg, walk for about 6 minutes west towards the church.
