Review of Star Car Rental

Rented this car with full coverage for the price you would rent another one without any coverage. The car is small but perfectly fine for our 3 week trip with two. It's a four wheel drive so we never got in any trouble, not even on F-roads. The service also very good: pick-up at the airport was arranged (5 minute drive to the rental company), people were very helpful and even returning the car at 5 AM was no issue. Would definitely book this again!

Review of Project Car Rental

The process was entirely online and very smooth. After booking online, I received information via email. There is a contract provided just prior to pickup and [your] identification confirmation is done online prior to signing the contract. An email is then sent by the company with a code to open a kiosk containing the key for the car. The pickup location is just across from the KEF terminal -easy to find. I rented a Dacia DUSTER -which is a ubiquitous rental vehicle in Iceland. It is capable but not luxurious. A 6-speed manual transmission and all wheel drive -though not capable of any serious off-roading. It was fuel efficient and comfortable and we drove all over the country in it. The service from Project was A+ !
