Explore the sites of Iceland in your own time and on your own terms. This luxurious tour provides you with a personal driver for eight hours, who will take you to any reachable points that you desire across the country.

The day begins in Reykjavík or at the Keflavík International Airport when your driver and guide will pick you up. From there, everything is down to you. Eight hours is enough time to explore sites all throughout Iceland’s south and west, and you could even have access to the Highlands.

For example, it is possible to head to the Snæfellsnes Peninsula, one of the highlights of west Iceland. It is renowned for its wealth of sites, being home to waterfalls, mountains, hot spring areas, craggy coastlines and of course, the mighty glacier and National Park, Snæfellsjökull.

The South Coast of Iceland can be explored in depth as well. You will have time to visit the waterfalls Seljalandsfoss and Skógafoss, the glaciers Sólheimajökull and Eyjafjallajökull, the black-sand-beach Reynisfjara, and coastal formations such as Dyrhólaey arch and Reynisdrangar sea-stacks.

In summer, you could elect to see these sites only from the road, as you head further into the Landmannalaugar highland region for incredible hiking and hot-spring-bathing opportunities.

The Golden Circle is also a possibility; you can see all three major sites of Þingvellir, Gullfoss and Geysir, as well as lesser-known nearby destinations such as Kerið crater, with time to spare.

On many of these journeys, you will be able to opt for tours, like snorkelling in Silfra or glacier hiking on Sólheimajökull, and your guide will continue with your travels when you are done.

Of course, if you cannot decide what you want to do, you can ask your experienced guide, and they will make an itinerary based on their recommendations and your desires.

Explore Iceland in luxury, based on your interests and desires, on your own terms and in your own time. Check availability by choosing a date.
