Easy to meet Lotus staff, easy to pick up and return, staff is helpful and nice service. The car condition is good, platinum coverage is recommended.
I ended up with a Kia instead, but it was a great 4x4! Lotus was easy to work with, great shuttle service, and great car for the week.
Pick up was smooth. Return was also easy as the driver used the rental to deliver us to the terminal. The car was perfect for our extended family. Sliding van door was a little difficult to close but all else was great. Great visit.
