Landed at 6 a.m. and caught the shuttle to the Blue Lagoon. Checked in to the Fly Bus desk at KEF airport after baggage claim for the shuttle. Very large sign and hard to miss. Shuttle ride was smooth to the Blue Lagoon. Arriving at 8:30 a.m. in the morning allowed us to see the sunrise in the lagoon and it was beautiful. First shuttle to Reykjavík wasn't until 1:15 p.m. so we had plenty of time at the lagoon and did not feel rushed. Shuttle to Reykjavík was easy to find and checked in with shuttle driver. We had to connect at the BSI bus terminal to a smaller shuttle in order to be dropped off at our hotel. All transportation was on time. Would highly recommend if you land early and have time to kill before checking into hotel!
