I'm happy with the services but I decided to change to another car with 4x4 function due to the weather condition and the request was attended satisfactory.It's strongly recommended since they act professionally.

We had new Renault Trafic 2018, it was spacy and fuel efficient. We traveled in February, and took standard insurance without any additional options. + New car + Polite and helpful staff + deisel 7.7 l per 100 km - car is not so clean as it should be - we spent 40 min to check car. After that we asked for another car, as first one had mulfunctions, was not clean, had numerous scratchers and dents. After that we spent 20 mins to check other car Although, I can recommend ***** car rental, for good reliable car, helpful staff and comfortable lounge)

取车的时候等了一会儿，工作人员告知每隔半小时会来机场到达大厅接一趟，除此之外，取车还车流程都很顺畅，车况也非常不错。但可以提供一下冰岛交规、加油的指引，对第一次租车的小伙伴会更有帮助。
