After picking up our suitcases and processing through the passport control area, we exited a door where there were some drivers waiting. I had listed an airport pick-up time of 40 minutes after we landed to allow time in case our plane was late or if it took 30 minutes to get our suitcases like it did in Oslo, Norway. I think we were actually done in around 20 minutes. Our driver arrived about 10 minutes before our pick-up time with my name on his phone. He stood on the opposite side of where other drivers were waiting, keep in mind your driver could be on either side. Other than trying to indicate why I didn't need to wear a mask, our ride to the hotel was fine and he found the hotel. Before I left home, I noticed that the pick-up and drop-off locations on the vouchers were reversed for the airport pick-up and hotel pick-up. It took me a week of daily e-mails to get the vouchers corrected and each time someone responded courteously but would enter something incorrect on the voucher. Eventually, I got them corrected, and all our drivers showed up on time.
