Service was fine but upon arrival I was told that without a credit card I had to add $30E€ per day to my contract even though I had purchased collision insurance AND travel insurance. As much as I understand that this is my issue for not having a credit card and it’s probably mentioned in the contract, I would like a refund for the purchased collision insurance as it was not required. I paid and extra $400 Australian which was a real surprise.

Tutto regolare, auto molto performante. Inoltre abbiamo fatto l'assicurazione Platinum e la consiglio a tutti in Islanda, infatti ci è servita in quanto all'ultimo giorno un sassolino ha colpito il nostro vetro danneggiandolo, ma non ho pagato niente. Dipendenti del City Rental molto disponibili.

Initially had a problem with my visa debit card and as it turns out this is a general problem. Staff however was more accommodating than could be expected and we were grateful all the way around Iceland until we returned the car.
