Easy on booking and the 24/7 ability to communicate with someone was simple and needed especially as we were in a different country. Guide to Iceland had my back in case of anything. They were able to help me reach out to our other services and tours to secure my photos. I was able to adjust the booking to what I wanted. This was extremely helpful if you are not doing self-drive and don't want to do any driving in Iceland. We were able to meet many other people from around the world. I recommend this as a starter especially if you are kind of planning stuff last minute. I would have researched a bit more if I had the time but we had many things to consider in such a short amount of time that it was beneficial for us to just book this one week tour. It gave a good decent outline of everything. There were times, we were unsure of what bus we are expected to take, so one of the person I contact provided me with a bus photo, which was very helpful when there was so many different bus. I do recommend photos of what the bus we need to take look like on our itinerary, so people know what kind of bus they need to take.
