We change our rental car from 7-passenger seat van to nine. MyCar rental company is helpful in every aspect. In the beginning, we got a van with some obvious body damages. After we reached the front desk, the company got us a replacement right away.

とても親切にフレンドリーに教えてくれました
We heard that the car rentals in Iceland would be a bit of a pain, but our MYCAR rental was seamless from beginning to end. A shuttle was waiting for us at the airport arrival area, once we got to their office, it only took a few minutes for us to get the vehicle. The drop off was just as easy with a quick shuttle back to the airport.
This was one of the best car rental experiences I had. The car was pretty much new with only ~15k km. Nice and clean. We were picked up and dropped off from/to the airport promptly. The team was friendly and courteous. Their office in Keflavik had a very nice coffee machine serving delicious beverages.
