We had a few problems with the car (chips in the windshield from gravel, low tire light, etc.) a few days after we picked it up, but nothing preventing us from using the vehicle. We contacted Away Car Rental and they responded quickly and followed up after to make sure everything was still going well. We thankfully had ordered the gravel insurance (as recommended in the travel books) so the chips were covered, and the other issues were issues with us not being familiar with Kias. Away was really easy to work with and even got us the car early because our flights changed and we were 3 hours early. We will rent from Away for our next trip to Iceland which we are already planning.

Person arrived on time and was very helpful in getting us on our way. The car ran well, came prepared with studded tires and GPS. Wifi wasn't working on our car but maybe it was a car specific issue. Either way, fast and easy service.
