Blue Car Rental was fabulous, from the moment I walked in the door. Caran was the one who greeted me and helped me on my initial way. She said that I was lucky: I was picked out to get a free car upgrade: More room, more features. She explained everything in detail and helped the start of our Iceland Bucket List trip for my Mother and I, feel comfortable and at ease. By the time I had to drop-off the car, I was frazzled by several different circumstances, NONE which had to do with Blue Car Rental, but unfortunately, had to be dealt by them. I didn't get the name of the very kind, common-sense young man at the desk who handled my drop-off, but was fantastic! He listened patiently to my concerns. He took notes and pictures of evidence I had taken on my phone of situations that had occurred. He said he would follow-up on the email I had sent to Blue Car Rental previously but had not received any response from the department. (I eventually did get a response-Thank you!)
