We had an unfortunate, but avoidable tire blow out halfway through the trip that impacted our plans. However, upon returning the vehicle, we spoke with the manager and he made everything right. Extremely pleased with the customer service. Thank you. Word of advice - double check your tires if planning on using F roads!
