The car itself was excellent, and the pickup and drop-off service was generally good. However, there was one issue regarding the pickup arrangement. Our scheduled pickup time was December 31, 2025, at 9:30 AM, but we waited at the airport for more than 30 minutes without seeing any agent. Eventually, a kind stranger at the airport helped us make a phone call to contact your staff on our behalf. About 15 minutes later, the pickup driver finally arrived. I believe that punctuality is the most important part of a pickup service, especially for airport transfers. Additionally, I would strongly suggest providing alternative internet-based contact methods, such as LINE or Facebook Messenger, as making international phone calls is not convenient for travelers. Thank you for your attention, and I hope this feedback can help improve the service in the future.
