Simple and trouble free at a sensible price. Efficient pickup and drop off. A few minor dents, but otherwise great rental for Iceland’s cold and snowy climate. Studded snow tyres, heated seats, heated steering wheel and quick clear windscreen all put to good use!
The car was super clean, relatively new, and functioned very well in the Iceland’s bad weather. The staff was so kind too, but when we arrived the airport there was no one, so we got confused a little. As texted through WhatsApp, the staff came immediately
The only drawback was that we had to wait half an hour for the airport transfer when returning the car. Make sure you plan enough time for that. :) The car was in mint condition and had spiked tires, which made it a pleasure to drive on icy, slippery roads. The staff was professional and kind. Definitely, I would recommend the service to others.
This was quite possibly the best, most satisfying car rental I have ever had. The rep who picked us up at the airport and delivered us to our car was friendly, courteous and professional. The car was exactly, if not better than, it was represented. Upon another visit to Iceland, we will use no other car rental.
