A winter trip to Iceland was meant to be short and focused on typical winter attractions – a glacier and the Northern Lights. The 3-day tour was very well organized, with excellent communication from Guide to Iceland. Our guide, Agnes, was friendly, cheerful, and always well-prepared. She shared many stories and interesting facts about the places we visited. The transportation was efficient and safe, and the hotels were comfortable. We were very lucky with the weather – it was fairly warm and sunny. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to see the Northern Lights because the sun didn’t cooperate. I definitely recommend this way of traveling for a short stay. We will certainly return to Iceland in the summer, but next time we plan to spend much more time there.
