Picked up outside hotel. The shuttle to BSI bus terminal was packed with people and luggage but we managed to all fit and got dropped off. The full size charter bus from BSI terminal to KEF airport was completely full, but the staff made sure they had the right head count for each bus and luggage was stowed away. We arrived on time to KEF airport - would recommend!
