This wooden lodge was built by its owner in 2000 using logs imported from Finland. It is 3,000 square feet (90 square meters) and is set over two floors. There are three bedrooms in total, and the house sleeps eight adults.
There is a lounge area where you can chill out and take advantage of the entertainment, including a TV, radio, CD player, DVDs, and books.
There is a well-equipped self-catering kitchen here, including everything you need to cook up a storm. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, electric oven, gas stove, toaster, and blender. There are also enough plates and utensils for up to eight people.
If you're on a long trip to Iceland, then the laundry facilities, including a washing machine and tumble dryer, are available for you to use. However, you don't need to worry about linen and towels as these are provided for you.
Toiletries are also provided in the bathrooms, saving you valuable space in your luggage.
Outside, there's a large patio that surrounds the house. This patio has a hot tub on it, which can be used during the summer months when the weather is fine.
